Our chef definitely knows his stuff, so when we wanted to add a cheese steak to our menu, there was no doubt that something great was about to happen. Fashioned after the famous Classic Cheese Steak in Philadelphia, we use shaved rib eye steak, cheese whiz, sauteed onion, green peppers and banana peppers on a fresh baked Italian roll. These little 2oz sandwiches make great appetizers, or grab a handful for dinner. Either way, after tasting these little wonders, Atlanta might become the new Cheese Steak Capitol.
