- Frozen shelf life: 6-9 months
Allow thawed steaks to rest at room temperature before cooking. This allows the steak to coagulate or allows the juices to expand back into the steak, and will result in a juicier steak. Always let cooked steaks rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
Grill: Season to taste, cook on medium high grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Broil: Season to taste, broil 5-7 minutes per side for medium rare.
Pan Sear: Season to taste, preheat oven to 400°F. Heat pan with olive oil on medium high heat, sear 1 minute each side, then place pan into preheated oven for 6-8 minutes on each side for medium rare.
