Do you have other items available that are not listed on your site?
Yes, we have thousands of items available. We list our customers favorites, however if there is anything that you are looking for, just send us a note via our Contact Us page, and we will get back to you with availability and pricing.

Do you have fresh products available?
Yes, we have fresh cut steaks available. Fresh cut steaks usually take 24-48 hours, and are by special order only. We can also provide fresh seafood and chicken, please contact us for details.

What is the difference in your seafood versus our local market?
We only purchase our seafood from the largest and most reputable restaurant distributors in the country. Many of the finest restaurants that you already eat at use these same distributors. We use only FAS (frozen at sea) seafood. All of our seafood is individually commercially cryovac sealed and then quick frozen at extremely low temperatures, to lock in freshness and prevent contamination. Many of our products are sashimi grade, and can be used for sushi applications. This means that you are getting the freshest and safest seafood available.

Do you have a store that I can shop at?
No, we currently do not have a retail store. You can visit us during the spring and summer months at most of the local farmer’s markets around Atlanta. We also have our online store that you can conveniently shop from your own home anytime. You can also shop from our freezer truck from the convenience of your own driveway.

Are your products All Natural or Organic?
All of our products are labeled if they are all natural or certified organic. If you do not see them on our website, you can request certain cuts that are all natural or organic. Just contact us via our Contact Us page.
