Individually vacuum sealed and quick frozen
Frozen shelf life: 6-9 months
Thaw sea bass filets. Take a pan with approximately 1tbspn of butter and a little oil so butter does not burn, and pan sauté on medium to high for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown. Turn over and apply thin coat of coarse grain mustard, sprinkle with Ms. Dash or your favorite seasoning, and a thin coat of Italian bread crumbs. Turn to low and cover for approximately 8-10 minutes or until thickest part of filet flakes easily with fork.
