- Individually vacuum sealed and quick frozen
- Shelf Life: 6-9 months
Season with salt and pepper or your favorite steak seasoning. Always bring your steaks to room temperature before cooking. You can do this by setting them out for 20-30 minutes. You can also season them at this time. Pre-heat grill to high, 550-600 degrees, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Adjust cooking time for your preferred steak. Remove from heat and rest. You can add a flavored butter on top at this time while the steaks are resting.
