Another masterpiece from our local Atlanta Chef. We use a 4oz. aged beef tenderloin accented with a mushroom Duxcelle, including fresh mushrooms, shallots, white wine and cream, hand wrapped in a golden puff pastry. Absolutely Delicious!

From frozen, place on well greased baking sheet, bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Oven temps & times may vary.
