Another masterpiece from our local Atlanta Chef. Fresh ground veal, pork, and sirloin, mixed with blue cheese, fresh sage, and a hint of cinnamon. Then we wrap them in Applewood smoked bacon, and served on a bamboo skewer. So easy, just bake from frozen. Absolutely delicious!

- Bagged and quick frozen
- Frozen shelf life: 2-3 months
From frozen, place on parchment lined or well greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes. Then place in broiler for approximately 3-4 minutes or until bacon becomes crispy. Monitor meatballs closely when broiling so not to overcook or burn. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160°. Oven temps & times may vary.
