These elegant cakes are hand made by our favorite Atlanta Chef using fresh Atlantic salmon poached in chardonnay wine and mixed with fresh dill, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, green onion, panko, and mayonnaise. A new addition to our menu line, and our customers can't seem to get enough.

- Bagged and quick frozen
- Frozen shelf life: 2-3 months
Place frozen cakes on a greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 400° for 18 minutes, remove from oven and place thin tab of butter on each cake, broil for approximately 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to monitor cakes when broiling so they don't overcook or burn. *Oven times and temperatures may vary.
