Filet of Rib Eye, or sometimes referred to as the Eye of the Rib Eye or Rib Eye Heart, are quickly becoming a great alternative to the traditional tenderloin or Filet Mignon cut.  Very tender with tons of marbling. Hand cut and completely trimmed.  These steaks are relatively new to the meat scene, and we are proud to offer them to our customers.
