Cooking Instructions
No cooking necessary. This product comes pre-seared, sliced, and ready to serve. Keep frozen. To thaw remove from package and thaw under refrigeration at 38 degrees F or below. Do not refreeze. Use within 1 day of thawing.

How do I thaw and cook it?
Thaw overnight in the fridge in the sealed pack and keep it cold — never thaw at room temperature. Slice against the grain and serve chilled, or give it a quick 30–60 second sear per side for a rare center.
