Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees, season chicken to taste, light coat of olive oil if desired. Place in baking dish for 20 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

Grill: Season to taste, light coat of olive oil if desired. Medium High grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

How do I thaw and cook it?

Thaw overnight in the fridge in the sealed pack, or submerge the sealed pack in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes. Pat dry, season, and cook to an internal 165°F. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
