Our wild caught natural grouper filets are back. Skinless and boneless natural cut fillets. A very light, flaky white fish, fully cleaned and trimmed, ready to prepare directly out of the package. A customer favorite.
- Individual size: 8oz
- Individually vacuum packed and quick frozen
- Frozen shelf life: 6-9 months
Season to taste. Salt, pepper, herbs, or your favorite seasoning. Can also be marinated with your favorite sauce.
Grill: Medium to high heat. Oil grill grates. Grill for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Grouper is delicate, so will release easily when ready to turn.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika (or your favorite combination of spices) and bake for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
Sauté: Take a hot pan with butter and olive oil, place seasoned grouper filet in pan for 3-4 minutes uncovered, turn filet and coat with favorite sauce, turn burner to low and cover for 2-3 minutes. The sauce will then caramelize (thicken) and coat the filet. Fish is ready when flakes with fork.
