Filet of Rib Eye, or sometimes referred to as the Eye of the Rib Eye or Rib Eye Heart, are quickly becoming a great alternative to the traditional tenderloin or Filet Mignon cut. Very tender, with tons of marbling, and hand cut into a tall barrel 8oz filet. A beautiful steak to behold before and after they are cooked.
