Hand made by our favorite local Atlanta chef! Succulent Georgia wild shrimp, blue crab meat, andouille sausage, and a dash of beer are added to the traditional barbecue spice of rosemary, thyme, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, and fresh tarragon. This mixture is then blended with mayonnaise, cracker crumb and Creole mustard. Tremendous flavor with some kick!
