Another masterpiece from our local Atlanta Chef. From Indonesia, classic flavors of lemon grass, ginger, coconut, peanut sauce, and chicken thigh meat. Just like your favorite Thai restaurant. So easy, just bake from frozen. Absolutely delicious!

Cooking Instructions

From frozen, place on parchment lined or well greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 12-14 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°. Oven temps & times may vary.

If you would like a dipping sauce, whisk peanut butter together with soy sauce, fresh lime juice, a little grated ginger and enough warm water to thin it to a pourable consistency.
